This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued by Regal Resolution Team (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") for services rendered. This policy is in compliance with applicable Delaware laws and regulations

**2. SERVICES AND NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE INITIATION**

Once services have been initiated, which includes but is not limited to the analysis of credit reports, preparation of dispute letters, or any communication with credit bureaus or creditors, the Client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued. This policy is consistent with Delaware law, which stipulates that fees for services rendered are non-refundable once the services have commenced

**3. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES**

Clients have the right to cancel their service agreement within three (3) business days of signing, as provided under Delaware law (6 Del. C. § 2530). To cancel, the Client must provide written notice to Regal Resolution Team within this specified timeframe. If cancellation occurs within this period and prior to the initiation of services, any fees paid will be refunded in full

**4. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT**

By engaging with Regal Resolution Team, the Client acknowledges and understands this Refund Policy and affirms that they have read and accepted all terms outlined herein

**5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**

Regal Resolution Team shall not be liable for any damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services, except for those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct

**6. COMPLIANCE WITH DELAWARE LAW**

This Refund Policy and the services provided by Regal Resolution Team are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with Delaware law
